On Site Consult
Team members will meet with you at your project site for a no cost, no obligation consultation to discuss your project. This initial meeting will provide you with a verbal estimate as to what projects of similar scope range in price and duration and allow us to prioritize your needs.
Design Meeting
Our designers will meet with you to collaborate closely and understand your individual style, living space and specific needs. As-built take off dimensions will be taken so that 3D digital renderings will allow you to virtually see your finished project and layout before we commence any on site work. Plot plans, floor plans and elevations will be drawn up and provided to you.
Design Finish Selection
Designer accompanied trips to local vendors for materials selections will assure a singularly unique design that allows for custom personalization. Interior design color boards as well as finish swatches and samples including, flooring, cabinets, tile and paint will help you see your choices and how they interact with each other.
Contract & Project Timeline
Once material and design layout choices have been made, you will receive a fixed price contract in writing that outlines every choice you made with your designer. The contract will detail the project timeline and payment schedules, as well as provide you the peace of mind that comes from knowing exactly what your project will cost.
